What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days.
How do I care for my ceramic non-stick coating?
To preserve the life of your cookware, we recommend hand-washing with a soft sponge and mild soap. Avoid using metal utensils and high heat settings, as low-to-medium heat is best for our proprietary non-stick surface.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your kitchen essentials. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day trial period for returns or exchanges on all of our products, provided they are in their original packaging.
Are your products free from harmful chemicals?
Yes, our ceramic non-stick coating is formulated without PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring a safer cooking experience for you and your family.
